The six-stage December countdown: start from the delivery date
Pick the day the calendars must be in people's hands, then subtract each stage in turn. That gives you the date to sign the order. The six stages, from the end back to the start:
- Delivery to your office or to your clients, with a few days of margin.
- Delivery within West Malaysia takes 1 to 3 business days once dispatched. East Malaysia is quoted through a custom order.
- Production: 21 working days after logo approval for a table calendar.
- Artwork approval: an online mock-up goes to you first for sign-off.
- Internal sign-off: your director, your finance team, your brand manager.
- Choosing the supplier.

Printer, trader or reseller: know who is making it
A calendar supplier in Malaysia can be a printer with its own presses, a trader that sends the job to a factory, or a gifting company that sells a catalogue. All three can work, and the difference shows when you need a change to the artwork. When you compare calendar suppliers, ask each one which of the three it is.
With a trader, artwork questions pass through one more person before they reach the printer. Ask who will answer a question about the artwork file, and whether that person can see the mock-up.
What the artwork stage involves
Anything that delays logo approval delays December.
Send your logo as a vector file, such as AI or SVG. A JPG or PNG can be traced to vector for a small extra fee, so sending vector on day one skips that step. Three rounds of design revisions are included, and the free online mock-up is usually sent within about one working day.
The mock-up shows where your logo sits. It is not a colour proof. If your brand colour has to match a corporate guideline exactly, Pantone printing is available at extra cost, and the printed colour can differ from the digital mock-up by up to 5 percent.
Where the logo goes depends on the design. On Captured in Time and Malaysian Festive Wheel, which are turning wheel calendars with no monthly pages, the logo goes on the front cover only. What a real quote looks like for a table calendar

Captured in Time (350gsm art card, screw binding, die-cut shape, matt lamination on one side) is RM 11.70 per set at 300 sets, which is RM 3,510 in total. At 2,000 sets it falls to RM 4.10 per set. Journey Across Spaces is RM 16.90 per set at 300 sets, RM 5,070 in total, and Seasons In Bloom starts at the same figure. Prices include delivery within West Malaysia.
The minimum is 300 sets per design, and designs cannot be mixed under one minimum. Every order earns free extra units: order 300 calendars, get 50 extra free, 350 in total. Order 1,000, get 100 extra free, 1,100 in total.
Two routes go through a custom order rather than checkout: any delivery to East Malaysia, and any order above 2,000 sets. If either applies to you, start that conversation early.
Payment is normally 100 percent before production starts. Corporate accounts can arrange 70 percent upfront and 30 percent on delivery. Agree it by email before you order.
