Putting your brand on 365 days of a corporate calendar

Custom corporate calendar printing puts your logo in front of one person for 365 days. On Gifthxs table calendars the logo goes on the front cover of the two wheel designs and on every monthly page of the other two. Orders start at 300 sets per design, and printing takes 21 working days after logo approval.

Custom corporate calendar printing: why the logo stays in view for 365 days

A calendar gets looked at. Somebody checks the date, counts the days to a deadline, circles a Friday. That can happen several times a day for a whole year, at the desk where purchasing decisions get made.

In a 2009 PPAI survey, 67 percent of respondents remembered receiving a branded calendar, behind pens (84%) and magnets (72%) and ahead of key chains (54%) (PPAI consumer study coverage). PPAI is the promotional products trade association, and the survey covered promotional products in general, not Malaysian offices, so treat it as direction rather than a promise. The practical point is simpler: a printed calendar can sit on a desk for twelve months, so the logo needs to still look right in March.

A logo that looked fine on the proof can become irritating by then if it shouts, so placement is most of the job.

The Cover, Month, Day framework

Plan the branding with three questions, in this order: cover, month and day.

Cover is the first thing the recipient sees when they unwrap the calendar, and the only thing a visitor sees when it is closed. Month is what the person looks at each time they turn a page, twelve times in a year. Day is the date grid itself, where your own company dates can sit.

Our designs split these between them. The two wheel designs give you the cover. The two page calendars give you the month and the day. Decide which of the three you need before you pick the design, because the design decides which are available.

A cover-only brand suits a gift that should look like a gift. A monthly-page brand suits a calendar the whole team uses at work, because your name turns up every time the page flips. Company dates in the grid suit an office that wants the calendar to double as the internal planner.

Where your logo goes on each of our four designs

The four Gifthxs table calendars do not carry a logo the same way. Captured in Time and Malaysian Festive Wheel are turning wheels with no monthly pages, while Journey Across Spaces and Seasons In Bloom are page calendars.

Design Code Logo placement Company dates in the grid
Captured in Time CA001JY Front cover only No
Malaysian Festive Wheel CA002EZ Front cover only No
Journey Across Spaces CA003ZY Every monthly page Yes
Seasons In Bloom CA004YJ Every monthly page Yes

If you want your brand visible on all twelve months, that points to Journey Across Spaces or Seasons In Bloom. If you want a showpiece for a client's shelf, the wheels put the logo on the front cover.

A mockup goes to you for approval before anything is printed. Check two things: whether the logo sits clear of the artwork, and whether the size still works when you imagine it on a monthly page you will see every time you turn it.

What the four calendars are made of

The two page calendars carry a logo through the year, so their construction matters.

Journey Across Spaces is A5 landscape, 21cm by 14.8cm. The pages are 250gsm matte art card with Wire-O binding, and the stand is 700gsm chipboard wrapped in 110gsm Linmaster paper. It is die-cut and printed in full colour.

Seasons In Bloom measures 22cm by 20.5cm, with 250gsm ivory card pages on a double-layered 350gsm ivory card stand, also die-cut and full colour.

Captured in Time and Malaysian Festive Wheel use 350gsm art card with a stand of two glued pieces of the same card, matt lamination on one side, screw binding and a die-cut shape. Their sizes are not in our spec sheet, so check the product page before you plan a desk around one.

Getting the artwork file right

Send your logo as a vector file, preferably AI or SVG, because a clean vector prints sharper than a screenshot or a web image.

General print guidance adds a few habits worth following: 300 dpi for any raster image at final size, CMYK instead of RGB, and fonts converted to outlines. The Paperlust print-ready file guide walks through all of it with examples, and it is a useful read for whoever in your company exports the file.

Three rounds of design revisions are included. Colour is the one to watch. The mockup confirms placement, not colour accuracy, and printed colour can deviate from a screen proof by up to 5 percent under our terms. If your brand colour has to match exactly, Pantone printing is available for an extra cost, and it is worth asking about before the mockup stage rather than after.

Putting your own dates in the grid

On Journey Across Spaces and Seasons In Bloom we can set custom company dates into the calendar grid, such as public holidays, a campaign launch, an anniversary or the day of the annual dinner. The wheel designs have no monthly pages, so this option does not exist for them.

A finance team that sees its own quarter-end dates printed in the grid is more likely to keep that calendar in view, because it tells them something their other calendar does not. Send the dates with the artwork, not after the mockup, or you will use up one of your three revision rounds.

How many to order and what it costs

The minimum is 300 sets per design. Designs cannot be mixed inside one 300-set minimum, so two designs means two orders of at least 300 sets each, 600 in total. Decide on one design for the whole company or accept the split.

Ordering 300 sets or more earns free bonus calendars. Order 300 calendars, get 50 extra free, 350 in total. Order 500, get 50 extra free, 550 in total. Order 1,000, get 100 extra free, 1,100 in total. Order 2,000, get 200 extra free, 2,200 in total.

Prices are per set and include West Malaysia delivery:

Design 300 sets 500 sets 1,000 sets 2,000 sets
Captured in Time, Malaysian Festive Wheel RM 11.70 RM 7.71 RM 5.25 RM 4.10
Journey Across Spaces RM 16.90 RM 11.90 RM 7.90 RM 6.20
Seasons In Bloom RM 16.90 RM 11.90 RM 7.20 RM 5.90

At 300 sets that works out to RM 3,510 for either wheel and RM 5,070 for either page calendar. The price per set falls fast with quantity, so a company that was thinking of 300 for clients might price 500 and cover staff as well.

For table calendar printing Malaysia wide, delivery to West Malaysia is free and built into the per-set prices. Two routes skip checkout. Any East Malaysia delivery goes through a custom order, quoted by location and quantity because calendars are bulky to ship. So does any order above 2,000 sets. You can start either from our calendar printing Malaysia page.

If you are still comparing printers, our guide to picking a calendar supplier without missing December covers the questions to ask. If you are not sure whether you want a desk, table or wall format, custom made calendars for Malaysian offices lays out the difference.

Custom corporate calendar printing: the dates to work back from

Table calendars take 21 working days after logo approval. That counts working days, so weekends and any public holidays inside the window make the calendar-day count longer.

For custom calendar printing Malaysia companies want delivered in December, the order-by month is November 2026. We do not guarantee delivery dates in peak season, so treat November as the latest sensible month, not a safe one.

Work backwards in this order:

  1. Choose the design.
  2. Write down the company dates, if your design has a date grid.
  3. Find the vector logo file and whoever holds it.
  4. Approve the mockup.
  5. Allow the 21 working days.

The usual delay is the week it takes someone to find the logo file, so step 3 is worth starting first.

If your plan includes a Chinese New Year gift run as well, CNY 2027 falls on Saturday 6 February according to the published Malaysian holiday calendar. Money packets take 10 to 14 working days, and their artwork should be confirmed between 12 and 26 December 2026, after the calendar order is already in production. Our post on when companies actually order table calendars goes into the timing in more detail, and if you also want packets for the festive season, the money packet printing guide covers that side.

FAQ

How do I put my logo on a corporate calendar?

Send a vector logo, preferably AI or SVG, and tell us the design you want. On Captured in Time and Malaysian Festive Wheel the logo goes on the front cover only. On Journey Across Spaces and Seasons In Bloom it goes on every monthly page. We send a mockup for your approval before printing.

What is the minimum order for custom corporate calendars?

The minimum is 300 sets per design. Designs cannot be mixed inside one 300-set minimum, so each design needs its own order. Order 300 calendars and you get 50 extra free, 350 in total. Orders above 2,000 sets go through a custom order rather than checkout.

How long does corporate calendar printing take?

Table calendars take 21 working days after logo approval. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays, so the calendar-day count is longer. For December delivery, the order-by month is November 2026. We do not guarantee delivery dates in peak season.

Can I add my company dates to the calendar?

Yes, on Journey Across Spaces and Seasons In Bloom. Public holidays, campaign launches and anniversaries can be set into the date grid. The two wheel designs have no monthly pages, so company dates are not available on Captured in Time or Malaysian Festive Wheel.

Do you deliver calendars to East Malaysia?

Yes, but not through checkout. East Malaysia delivery goes through a custom order, quoted by location and quantity because calendars are bulky shipments. Free delivery applies within West Malaysia, and the per-set prices include it.
