The minimum order is 500 pieces per design configuration. That figure comes from offset printing: the press setup — plates, colour calibration, the first sheets pulled and discarded — costs the same whether we print 100 packets or 1,000, so below 500 the per-packet price stops making sense for you. Five hundred is also a practical number for most Malaysian offices: a company of 60 staff handing out six to eight packets each lands close to it, and anything left over keeps for next year because the design carries no date. If you need fewer than 500 and the deadline allows, tell us on the custom order form and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.

How long does an order take?

Production takes 10–14 working days from the day you approve the proof — not from the day you place the order. The sequence is: you order and send artwork, we prepare a proof, you approve it, then the job goes on the press. Proofing usually takes one to two working days, and it depends on how quickly the approval comes back, which is the step most often underestimated. Add courier time of one to three business days on top. For Chinese New Year and Hari Raya, work backwards from the date you want packets in hand and add a buffer: the four weeks before each festival are the busiest of our year, and press slots fill.

Every packet ships with soft-touch lamination as standard — a velvety matte coating that gives the card a warm, tactile feel the moment it changes hands. Two add-ons are available on top of it. Spot UV applies a raised gloss coating to selected elements, creating contrast against the matte surface: it suits flat colour panels, illustration outlines and logos with clear shapes. Hot stamping presses real metallic foil into the card, so the mark catches the light as the packet moves; it is the most premium finish we offer and the one that reads most clearly as "this was made for us". Both are priced on the product page as you configure the order.

Can I customise a calendar as much as a money packet?

Yes — more, in fact, because a calendar has twelve spreads to work with. Your logo and company details print on the cover and can repeat on every month. Beyond that, the grid itself is customisable: we can set your own dates into it — public holidays, campaign launches, payment due dates, company anniversaries — so the calendar does a job for you all year rather than only carrying your name. Calendars are printed on 350gsm art card with matt lamination, screw-bound, in the die-cut shape shown on each product page. The same terms apply: 500 pieces minimum, from RM 488, 10–14 working days. For January delivery, confirm artwork by early November.

If vector artwork is genuinely unavailable, send the highest-resolution file you have and we will tell you whether it can be redrawn. We prepare a proof from your files and send it for approval before anything goes on the press.

How does East Malaysia delivery work?

East Malaysia deliveries incur additional charges, calculated at checkout rather than included in the product price. When you enter a Sabah, Sarawak or Labuan address, the checkout looks up the rate for that destination and shows it before you pay. For calendars and special collections the rate is not fixed, because the parcel is bulkier and the courier prices it by volume as well as weight; in that case the checkout asks you to request a quote instead of guessing a number. Send the details through the custom order form and we will come back with the real figure, usually the same working day.
