Yes! Enjoy FREE delivery across West Malaysia! For East Malaysia deliveries, you can select your preferred courier at checkout—additional charges will apply.

We use high-quality 157gsm thick art paper, compared to the 128gsm thinner paper often used by competitors. To elevate your money packets further, we include a premium soft-touch finish at no extra cost, ensuring they look and feel luxurious.

If you prefer recycled or specialty paper, we can accommodate that upon request. Just contact us for a custom quote.

With our Mixed Design feature, you can combine multiple designs in one pack based on your preference:

  • 2 designs: Packed in 8 pcs or 10 pcs per pack.
  • 4 designs: Packed in 8 pcs per pack.
  • 5 designs: Packed in 10 pcs per pack.

A perfect way to mix things up while keeping it beautifully coordinated!

At gifthxs, we aim to deliver stunning designs while keeping costs efficient. Some designs are curated to shine naturally, where hot stamping adds little value. Instead, our premium soft-touch finish ensures a luxurious feel.

Want to elevate it further? Consider Spot UV as a stylish and budget-friendly option to make your design stand out!

Our standard customization includes the back panel, where you can add your logo, text, website, social media icons, or QR code. Simply provide the details in your order, and our design team will create a design preview for your approval before printing.

Absolutely! We’d love to create something unique just for you. For more advanced customization, reach out for a special quote—we’re here to bring your vision to life!

We recommend uploading your logo in AI, SVG, or EPS format. These formats ensure crisp and clear printing for the best results.

No problem at all! We can assist by converting your JPG or PNG logo into SVG or AI format for a small additional fee. Simply check the logo tracing option in your order and upload your JPG or PNG logo to us.

Absolutely! You can add hot stamping or Spot UV to your logo by selecting the finishing option during your order. However, some intricate logo designs may not be ideal for these finishes. If you’re unsure about your logo’s suitability or need guidance, feel free to reach out to us—we’re happy to assist!

1. Order Placed
Upon order confirmation, our team starts crafting your design. If we need any clarifications, we’ll get in touch. Once ready, we’ll upload the design to your order page.

2. Design Review & Approval
Check your email for the design review notification. Log in to your account and review it on the order page. Approve if it’s perfect. If not, reject with feedback for revisions.

3. Printing In Progress
Once your design is confirmed, we’ll start printing. You’ll receive an email confirmation.

4. Order Shipped Out
When your product is shipped, we’ll notify you via email with a tracking code. Track your parcel HERE.

5. Order Completion
After receiving your parcel, expect an email asking about your gifthxs experience.

We only accept bulk orders. Our Money Packet minimum order quantity (MOQ) starts at 500 pieces. For orders exceeding 5000 pieces, please reach out to us at [email protected].
